UCLA Logon ID (SSO) Instruction (Please follow the screenshots and steps below):

  1. Please Click Sign In.
  2. Please Click Sign in with your UCLS Logon ID.
  3. Please enter  your full email address (example email addresses: @mednet.ucla.edu, @ucla.edu, @va.gov, @jsei.ucla.edu, @sonnet.ucla.edu, @dhs.lacounty.gov).
  4. It will direct you to the appropriate UCLA Logon page based on your email address, where you can input your UCLA Logon Username and Password.
  5. Once UCLA Logon is successful, it will re-direct you to CloudCME site and log you in. 

 

Email and Password Log-in Instruction (Please follow the screenshots and steps below):

  1. Please Click Sign In.
  2. Please Click "Sign in with your Email and Password".
  3. Please enter your email and password to login:
  4. If you don’t already have a UCLA CCPD CloudCME account, please click “Create New Account” to set one up.
  5. If you don’t know your password, please use the *“forgot your password?” feature to reset your password.

How to Check In for Regularly Scheduled Series and/or Live Courses:

1.  Via Text Message:

  • If this is the first time you are texting your attendance, you must first pair your mobile number to your account. Text your email address to (866) 875-4686.
  • You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has been updated.
  • Send the course ID provided for session/course via text to (866) 875-4686.

2. Via QR Code using CloudCME Mobile App:

  • Download the CloudCME® app from your mobile device (Direct Link: Apple I Android) .
  • Input the organization code: UCLA.
  • Sign in with your UCLA Logon ID or Email and Password option.
  • Click "Scan Attendance".
  • Scan the QR code provided for session or course.

**Please note, attendance can only be recorded 60 mins. prior to the activity start time, during the activity and up to 120 minutes after the activity closes.
