Overview
This annual symposium, now hybrid, is designed for all those interested in learning about the latest breakthroughs in research and treatment in autism spectrum disorder (ASD), including health care providers, teachers, autism service providers, and families. Nationally renowned UCLA Center for Autism Research and Treatment (CART) faculty and guest speaker will present the most up-to-date information about ASD. On Friday, April 26, 2024, symposium speakers will present the latest updates ASD and we cordially invite you to engage with these dynamic speakers and actively participate in live discussions and Q&A sessions featuring esteemed panelists. Themed around autism across the lifespan, the symposium will cover a variety of topics, including the genetics of autism, early interventions for autistic children and their families, motor function during early life, the role of the brain in sensory regulation during adolescence, connectivity of the brain during adolescence, aging and autism from longitudinal studies, evidence-based interventions during adulthood, and a family perspective on caring for autistic adults.

Refunds
Cancellations must be received via email to [email protected] by April 12, 2024. and will be subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after that date. A full refund will be provided if for any reason the course must be canceled or rescheduled.

Course Recording
All registrants (live or virtual) will be provided the opportunity to review recorded sessions up to 3 weeks following the conference.
The recorded sessions are not approved for Continuing Education (CE) credit.
