Interventional Spine Symposium

A review of image guided interventions of the spine, including clinical presentation, diagnostic pearls, and procedural cases examples. We will discuss new procedures, techniques and data, as they pertain to a variety of disease entities related to the spine, from cryptogenic back pain to CSF leak diagnosis and intervention.

Course Recording

1. Recognize the key imaging features critical to the diagnosis and management of spine oncology in interventional radiology practice.
2. Identify and describe image-guided treatment options for managing pelvic pain, including minimally invasive interventions.
3. Apply optimized techniques for low-dose imaging during image-guided procedures to enhance patient safety and diagnostic accuracy.
4. Interpret clinical and imaging findings related to cervicogenic pain and understand the role of interventional radiology in its management.
5. Differentiate between types of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks and describe the imaging techniques used for their diagnosis and treatment.
6. Evaluate a range of image-guided interventions for the management of spinogenic pain, emphasizing effective and targeted therapies.
