The UCLA Department of Ophthalmology Annual Seminar is designed as an update course covering current clinical and research aspects of selected ophthalmic subspecialties. The 1 day program includes the full time faculties of both the Stein Eye Institute and the Doheny Eye Institute, along with nationally prominent invited lecturers. Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Describe arterial ultrasonographic findings relevant to the diagnosis of giant cell arteritis
  2. Identify advantages of non-mydriatic fundus photography in emergency department settings
  3. Recognize clinical applications of optical coherence tomography and optical coherence tomography angiography for optic neuropathy evaluation

Directions
Conveniently located within UCLA at the corner of Westwood Boulevard and Le Conte Avenue, the UCLA Stein Eye Institute, 100 Stein Plaza, Los Angeles, 90095 is easily accessible from all points in Southern California. It is approximately 15 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport. 

From the San Diego Freeway (405) 
Take Wilshire Boulevard offramp east toward Westwood Boulevard. Turn left onto Westwood Boulevard from Wilshire. Once you pass Le Conte, you will find the UCLA Stein Eye Institute on your right, please turn in to the UCLA Stein Eye parking lot. Parking is available for $17 per day.

Parking
As you proceed north on Westwood Blvd, past Le Conte Ave, the UCLA Stein Eye Institute will be to your right. Make a right turn onto Stein Plaza Driveway then another immediate right to enter the parking structure. Parking is available for $17 per day in the UCLA Stein Eye Institute parking lot.

In the event the UCLA Stein Eye Institute parking lot is full, please proceed to Parking Lot 18 located at 885 Tiverton Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90095. As you proceed north on Westwood Blvd, make a right onto Le Conte Ave. Then, make a left at Tiverton Ave. Lot 18 will be directly ahead of you. Once parked, please follow signs to UCLA Stein Eye Institute. Parking is available for $17 per day (self pay).
