About the UC Health Long-COVID/PASC Series
University of California Health’s mission is to improve the health of Californians now and in the future by promoting health equity across the state and expanding access to care. The COVID-19 pandemic has been a mass disabling event that has led to long-term consequences for patients, providers and our system of health care. It has also further revealed existing health inequities in our state. University of California Health would like to share knowledge, learnings and insights from across the University of California academic health system to help educate, equip and empower health professionals in the battle against the very real impact of Long-COVID, also known as Post-Acute Sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 Infection (PASC).

This series includes 7 different modules broken down by topic for ease of viewing. Modules are delivered via a streaming platform in the optimal format for your electronic devices. 

English and Spanish subtitles are available for all modules.

• Module 4: Pulmonology
• Module 5: Neurology + Psychiatry/Behavioral Health
• Module 6: Rheumatology + Cardiology
• Module 7: Emergency Medicine + Preventive and Lifestyle/Integrative Medicine

To participate in the activity and obtain Continuing Education (CE) credits, learners should view the activity material, receive a score of 75% or better on post-test, and complete the evaluation to receive a certificate.
 
You will have an unlimited number of attempts to successfully complete the post-test. Your certificate will be available immediately for print or download upon completion.

(English) For Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) patients, symptom-contingent pacing is recommended, as Graded Exercise Therapy (GET) could lead to Post-Exertional Malaise (PEM) and ultimately, decreased functional capacity.
